Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time will be denied. However, you may return the order for a full refund once you receive it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale periods. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

What if I don't receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
